Matt has a twenty year history of managing sales staff in over fifteen cities and has managed up to six locations of a service company on a national basis, simultaneously.
Matt is truly “operationally minded” and believes in providing a quality product, at a great value.
He also believes in putting the customer first, and of honesty above reproach, demanding the same of his staff.
MaryAnn Deeds, Manager of Administration
MaryAnn has a long-standing background in service related industries, dealing with scheduling and customer-service related issues, in a local and multi-state capacity.
Prior to joining the Houston Overhead Door team, MaryAnn also provided full-cycle recruitment services to mid and large-sized companies, on a local and national level, giving her a strong understanding of staffing and employee related issues. MaryAnn handles all of the Administrative, Human Resources and Accounting Functions for the company.
Steve Norfolk, Service Manager
Steve has worked for Matt since 1999, within the service industry arena. He manages the service team, including scheduling and trouble-shooting issues related to the installation and service of garage doors and openers.
Steve works diligently to match the customer’s needs with the product and services offered by our firm and although only in industry since 2009, he offers a wealth of knowledge to our customer base.
