Warehouse Roll-Up Doors ASTA 200 Series
The ASTA America 200 Series commercial roll-up sheet doors are the workhorse of Houston's warehouse, loading dock, and distribution center market. Built from 26-gauge full-hard galvanized Grade 80 steel with continuous corrugation and finished with ASTA's Super Durable baked polyester topcoat, the 200 Series delivers outstanding security, weather protection, and long-term durability for virtually any commercial or industrial opening up to 20 feet wide by 18 feet high. The 200 Series lineup covers four distinct models tailored to every requirement: the standard Model 201 for everyday commercial use, the insulated Model 202 (R-5.24) for climate-controlled facilities, the WindCode-certified Model 203 windlock door for Houston's coastal and high-wind areas, and the Model 204 which combines insulation and windlock performance in one door. The Heavy Duty variants (201HD / 202HD) extend size capability for larger openings. All models feature ASTA's proven dead axle and torque tube assembly, grease-filled ball bearing drums, and pre-greased spring system for smooth, reliable operation day after day. Halo Overhead Doors has been the trusted installer of ASTA 200 Series doors for Houston's warehouse and industrial sector for over 35 years. Our factory-certified technicians handle specification, measurement, code-compliant installation, and full post-install service — so your roll-up doors perform reliably from the first day.

What Our
Customers Are Saying
Discover the largest garage door showroom in Houston! Stop by, meet our team, and explore the many styles and options we have on display.
What makes warehouse roll-up overhead doors different from standard overhead doors?
Warehouse roll-up doors use a single, heavy-duty steel sheet that coils tightly above the opening, saving ceiling space and delivering stronger security and durability than traditional sectional doors.
How long do commercial sheet doors typically last?
With proper maintenance, high-quality roll-up steel doors like the ASTA 200 Commercial Sheet Door can last 30–35 years thanks to their corrosion-resistant construction and minimal moving parts.
Are roll-up overhead doors good for high-traffic or industrial environments?
Yes. These warehouse roll-up doors are built for repeated daily use and hold up well in storage facilities, docks, distribution centers, retail loading areas, and other light-commercial operations.
Can these roll-up doors improve building security?
Absolutely. The full-sheet steel design provides strong resistance against break-ins, vandalism, and forced entry. Fire-rated options are available for facilities that require added protection.
Do roll-up commercial doors require a lot of headroom?
No. One of the biggest advantages is space savings. The sheet door coils into a compact drum, needing very little overhead clearance ideal for tight warehouse ceilings, shelving, lifts, and docks.
Are color or design options available for warehouse roll-up doors?
Yes. Many commercial sheet doors come in multiple colors, finishes, and configurations, allowing you to match your building’s branding or improve curb appeal.
What type of maintenance is required for a roll-up overhead door?
Maintenance is minimal. Periodic lubrication, tension checks, and inspections of the guide tracks and hardware help ensure smooth operation and extend the lifespan of the door.
