Fifteen carriage house designs featuring optional windows and decorative hardware. Available primed, painted, or stained in 8 standard finishes, with ColorBlast® custom paint options in 1,500 colors.

Garage doors featuring Intellicore® insulation technology offer an advanced solution for homeowners seeking superior performance. Intellicore is Clopay’s proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into the door and expands to fill the entire structure. This process results in exceptional strength, enhanced energy efficiency, and long-lasting durability.
Additional Features
- Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected by a durable, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, and a baked-on primer and top coat.
- Weather Protection: A replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal housed in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps block air and water infiltration.
- Safety Enhancement: The patented Safe-T-Bracket® helps prevent serious injury if the bottom bracket is removed while the garage door is closed and under tension.
- Durable Hardware: All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- Energy Compliance: Meets the 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft² or less (IECC Section C402.5.2).
