Fifteen carriage house garage door designs with optional windows and decorative hardware. Available in 4 standard paint colors. Steel and overlay colors can be painted different colors. Select Color Blast® custom paint colors offered.*
Insulation
Insulation options include 2" Intellicore® polyurethane, 2" polystyrene or 1-3/8" polystyrene insulation. The R-values of these garage doors range from 6.5 to 18.4

Environmental Assurance
Clopay doors are compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors do not contain HFCs. All Clopay doors are compliant with:
- California SB 1013
- Washington HB 1112 – Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Canadian regulations amending the ozone-depleting substances and halocarbon alternatives regulations

Clopay’s proprietary polyurethane foam is injected into the door, expanding to fill the entire structure and delivering exceptional strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
Additional Features
- Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected by a durable, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, and a baked-on primer and top coat.
- Weather Protection: A replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
- Enhanced Safety: The patented Safe-T-Bracket® helps prevent serious injury if the bottom bracket is removed while the garage door is closed and under tension.
- Durable Hardware: All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- Energy Compliance: Meets the 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft² or less (IECC Section C402.5.2).
- Easy Maintenance: Window grilles are removable for convenient cleaning.
