The 500 Series lineup includes the standard 500 (non-insulated, up to 4-hour UL rating), the advanced 500i (insulated with mineral wool, up to 3-hour UL rating), and the compact 550 (counter shutter for smaller pass-through openings, up to 1.5-hour rating). All models feature fail-safe operation via fusible links, smoke detectors, or alarm systems — and are UL-labeled for complete code compliance and inspector confidence. Insulated Rolling Fire Door (Up to 3-Hour UL Rating)
- Model 500i: Insulated Rolling Fire Door with mineral wool insulation (R-4.7). UL-listed up to 3-hour fire rating — ideal for climate-controlled facilities requiring both fire protection and thermal efficiency.
Fire-Rated Counter Shutter (Up to 1.5-Hour UL Rating)
- Model 550: Rolling Fire Counter Shutter for small pass-through openings. UL-listed for ¾ hr and 1.5 hr ratings. Compact design for pharmacies, cafeterias, concession stands, and service windows.
