Design Customization
Choose from flush or grooved panel designs with a variety of finishes, including solid paint colors, Lustra™ matte, Ultra-Grain®, or Ultra-Grain Plank wood-look options. Windows can be short, long, or contemporary slim, stacked vertically on one or both sides, and placed in selected sections.
Insulation
Options include 2" or 1-3/8" Intellicore® polyurethane foam, and 2", 1-3/8", or 1-5/16" polystyrene. R-values range from 6.3 to 18.4.
Door Reinforcement
WindCode® reinforcement available for high wind load applications.

Construction

- Intellicore® Polyurethane – injected foam that expands to fill the door for superior strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
- Polystyrene – available in 2″, 1-3/8″, or 1-5/16″ thickness options.

Steel skins with multi-layer coating provide excellent rust protection: hot-dipped galvanizing, metal oxide pretreatment, baked-on primer, and top coat.
Additional Features:
- Rust-Prevention System ensures long-lasting door finish and durability.
- Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps block air and water.
- Patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury if the bottom bracket is removed under tension.
- Hardware: All Intellicore® insulated doors come with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- Energy Compliance: Meets 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft² or less.
- Windows: Grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
