Jackshaft (J) style commercial door operators are ideal for industrial use. Doors must be balanced for manual lifting during emergencies or power outages. All LiftMaster operators should be purchased through a dealer and professionally installed.

- Dual Voltage Connections allow the installer to select the required voltage within a phase. Single-Phase: 115V & 230V 3-Phase: 208V, 230V & 460V 575V: discrete model (no field-selectable voltage)
- Control Function Selector Dial: select/program 7 wiring types, including constant pressure to close and Timer-to-Close.
- Continuous-Duty High-Starting Torque Motor for demanding industrial applications.
- Motor is removable without affecting the limit switch settings for easy maintenance.
- The adjustable friction clutch protects the door and operator from obstruction damage.
- Mid-Stop allows partial door opening to a preprogrammed position.
- Maximum Run Timer: reverses/stops the door if closing exceeds the expected time.
- Delay-On-Reverse Circuit reduces wear by preventing abrupt door reversal.
- 3-Button Control Station with Maintenance Alert System (MAS) for open/close/stop and maintenance notifications.
- Available in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, 1 HP; single- or three-phase; capacitor start on single-phase.
- Factory preset to C2 wiring: momentary contact to open/stop, constant contact to close.
- 5V DC NEC Class 2.
- Drive: first-stage heavy-duty 5L V-belt; 2nd–4th stages #48 chain; #50 output sprocket chain.
- Bearings: industrial ball bearings on 1" output shaft; oil-filled bushings on reduction shafts.
- Brake standard on 3/4 & 1 HP; optional on 1/2 HP (not available on 1/3 HP).
- NEMA 1 type electrical box; 11-gauge steel frame with powder coat finish; all sprockets drilled/pinned.

- UL 325 Compliance: All commercial door operators must be constant pressure to close or have a primary external monitored entrapment protection device.
- Security+ 2.0™: Each click sends a new code to the operator, ensuring only authorized access.
- Timer-To-Close: Automatically closes the door after a preset time for added security.
- Floor Level Disconnect: Allows manual lifting of the door in an emergency.
